PT Abhinava Sukha Artha ("Abhinava", "we"), based in Jakarta, Indonesia, is the controller of the personal data you send through this website.

Data we collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, company/institution name (optional), type of need, and message.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or email: your phone number or email address and the conversation content.

Technical data recorded automatically by the server, such as IP address, browser type, and access time, for security and maintenance. This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to respond to your enquiry, prepare discussions and proposals, and keep the website secure. The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form and our legitimate interest in answering your request.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for marketing without separate consent.

Third parties involved

The contact form is delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards messages to our email. WhatsApp conversations are processed by WhatsApp (Meta), and email is processed by our email provider. These providers may store data outside Indonesia; we only use providers that apply adequate data protection.

Retention

ISI DATA: Enquiry data is kept for no longer than 24 months after the last communication, unless it leads to a contract, in which case retention follows the contract and applicable law. Server technical logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Your rights

Under UU PDP, you have the right to: be informed about how your data is processed; access and obtain a copy of your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; withdraw consent; and object to certain processing.
